Shipping Warranty
We take great care in packaging every Nine Lives Racing product to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition. However, in the rare event that your order is damaged, lost, or stolen during transit, we’ve got you covered — with our Porch Pirate Guarantee.
Coverage
This shipping warranty covers:

Packages damaged in transit

Shipments lost or stolen before confirmed delivery to the customer
If your item arrives damaged or is not delivered, please notify us within 29 days of the delivery date (or the expected delivery date, if not received).
Customer Responsibility
To qualify for coverage under this shipping warranty:

You must report the issue within 29 days of delivery or the listed delivery date.

You must provide clear photos of the damaged packaging and product (if applicable).

You must retain all original packaging until your claim is resolved.
Claims submitted after 29 days from delivery confirmation are not eligible for replacement, refund, or further assistance.
Process
To file a claim, please email info@9livesracing.com with your order number, photos (if applicable), and a short description of the issue. Our team will review the claim and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Nine Lives Racing reserves the right to determine whether a product qualifies for replacement or refund under this policy.

Lifetime Warranty – Aluminum Wing Kits
At Nine Lives Racing, we take pride in building products that last. That’s why every mass-produced aluminum wing kit we manufacture is backed by our Lifetime Wang Guarantee — ensuring your wing stays strong and ready for the track.
Coverage
This warranty covers cracked or failed welds on any mass-produced Nine Lives Racing wing kit for the lifetime of the original owner. If a weld failure occurs under normal use, we will repair or replace the affected part at our discretion.
Ownership
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of the product and cannot be transferred. Products purchased second-hand, used, or from unauthorized resellers are not covered under this warranty.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:

Crash damage or impact-related failures

Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or modification

Custom or special-order products (including but not limited to custom pylons, Builders Wing orders, or any wing kit made to customer specifications)
Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for shipping the product to and from Nine Lives Racing for inspection, repair, or replacement. Proof of purchase may be required to verify eligibility.
Warranty Process
To submit a warranty claim, please contact us at info@9livesracing.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description of the failure. Our team will review your claim and provide next steps.
Nine Lives Racing reserves the right to determine whether a product qualifies for repair or replacement under this warranty.

30-Day Return Policy
We stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a qualifying product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund of the purchase price — no questions asked and no restocking fees. You’ll only be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Eligible Items
This policy applies only to our pre-made, mass-produced wing and splitter kits sold directly by Nine Lives Racing.
Excluded Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund under this policy:

Custom or special-order products (including but not limited to custom pylons, custom-length wings, and Builders Wing orders)

Any product that has been modified, welded, drilled, cut, painted, or otherwise altered after delivery

Items returned without all original components or packaging
Conditions
Returned items must be in unused, uninstalled, and re-sellable condition. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

To request an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number), call us at 1-800-920-8348, or send us an e-mail at info@9livesracing.com and we'll send you an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). After you have an RMA #, simply package your purchase properly, and write the RMA # on the outside of the shipping container. Ship to:

As soon as your return is received and approved, you'll receive your refund or credit!
* Special order items can and will have additional lead-time on top of our current lead-times. This applies to all special order items, including but not limited to Builder's Wang kits.
* Returned merchandise must be in resealable condition, with all original accessories, packaging, tags, etc. included. Returns must be shipped prepaid (no C.O.D.s). For your security, we highly suggest sending your return via a traceable manner (such as UPS, FedEx), and purchasing insurance. Nine Live Racing is not liable for packages that are damaged in transit or not received. No credit will be issued for items not in new condition and such items may receive a restocking fee, or be returned at your expense. Returns received after 60 days may only be eligible for store credit - please contact us for details. Special order items and Splitters kits are NOT returnable.
